Job Summary
The role of the (Freelance)Director Influencer Affiliate within Blue Hour Studios is to support and lead strategy and proposal development and potentially also campaign management in collaboration with affiliate creators. This role will be responsible for contracting affiliate creators executing campaigns and developing programs that drive measurable DTC growth through affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate has experience with performance-driven affiliate influencer programs ideally in the beauty category.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Affiliate Influencer Management
Design a 2026 affiliate influencer proposal for a beauty brand. Including an overall DTC influencer affiliate strategy an approach for tracking recruiting contracts and payments sample creator list platform recommendations commission structure that will inform budgeting and expected ROI analysis.
If approved:
Build and manage affiliate influencer lists with a focus on beauty and DTC conversion performance.
Develop commission structures that balance creator incentives with client ROAS targets (aiming above $2).
Create and deliver clear affiliate briefs to ensure content is optimized for conversions across Meta TikTok YouTube and other platforms.
Oversee influencer posting cadence content approvals and campaign execution to maximize DTC sales.
Support contracting with affiliate influencers working closely with Legal and Business Affairs team to finalize agreements addenda and scopes of work.
Manage payment processes for affiliate influencers including base fees and performance-driven commission payouts.
Track and analyze performance across campaigns reporting on ROI attribution and learnings to optimize future efforts.
Qualifications
10 years of experience in influencer creator or affiliate marketing ideally within a DTC or beauty category.
Strong understanding of affiliate platforms (CJ Impact Rakuten LTK Amazon Associates etc.) and influencer tools.
Experience with TikTok Shops and Shopify.
Proven track record in both branded content activations and performance-driven influencer affiliate campaigns.
Strong negotiation communication and relationship management skills.
Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI.
Salary Range:$1045.67 to $1298.08 a week. A successful applicants actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon but not limited to skill sets experience and traininglicensure/certifications and equity.
