Job Summary
| Job Purpose | This position is open with Bajaj Finance with channel partners to build and strengthen relationship. Build distribution for Retail EMI Card business and distribution mapping for Retail EMI Card business |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand and contribute to overall processes & profitability across locations. Ensure implementation of promotional plans & contests and suggesting new and innovating promotion plan for the area of work. Recruiting and Retaining high performers. Team management & Grooming of the team to achieve their respective targets Managing the Delinquency of the business sourced to ensure health of portfolio Manage the Distribution through Dealer relations and servicing the Dealers and their concerns in an appropriate manner. Delivering on number targets (acquiring transactions and GMV) |
| Key Decisions / Dimensions | Hiring training and retaining the team Drive Sales review rigour and deliverables Optimizing costs and driving productivity gains |
| Major Challenges | Retention: As this is the level where we are interacting to our all FTEs on daily basis Working together and coordinating with entire team becomes a challenge at this role Exhaustive traveling (which includes 20 days travelling in a month) |
| Required Qualifications and Experience | a)Qualifications MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 8-10 years of Sales experience b)Work Experience Graduation with 8 to 10 years of and MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment People & Relationship Management skills Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skill Ability to travel 20 days in a month which is very much important |
