Job Summary
Full-time role 37.5 hours a week
HMS Collingwood Portsmouth
Due to the nature of this role you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver better trained sailors to the front line faster.

What youll be doing
- Deliver training to the Royal Navy on the maintenance of close-range Weapons systems to support the Weapons Engineering team.
- Help improve how training is delivered and make sure it meets high standards.
- Use technology and new teaching methods to make training better.
- Support changes and improvements in how learning services are delivered.
What were looking for
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- You will have a background on weapons engineering within the defence space
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications
- NVQ in Electrical Engineering
- Level 4 teaching certificate or equivalent.
- Military weapon engineering systems or equivalent experience.
- Experience in managing & maintaining RN WE equipment.
- Experience in maintenance of Weapons hardware.
- Experience in managing & maintaining Weapons systems.
