About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Pallet Controller you will be responsible for managing our Foods pallet accounts (Chep Loscam and others) and crate operations at the Gold Coast Labrador site with responsibilities extending to Lismore Site in the near future. This is a full-time position - 38 hours per week.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Daily pallet account reconciliation and crate ordering.
- Managing pallet and crate stock levels transfers and de-hires.
- Identifying and resolving transaction discrepancies.
- Coordinating site-wide pallet and crate stock takes across multiple departments.
- Liaising with suppliers customers and 3PL providers to resolve transfer errors.
- Providing accurate pallet and crate reporting to support KPIs and supply chain outcomes.
- Supporting and training colleagues in pallet transfer processes and quality standards.
This is a dynamic role with real variety combining hands-on operational responsibility with problem-solving and teamwork across the business.
About You
To succeed in this role you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reconciliation and reporting.
- Experience in stock management logistics or supply chain operations.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies quickly.
- Proficiency with pallet management platforms ERP systems or Excel.
- Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal teams suppliers and customers.
Experience with Chep and Loscam accounts will be highly regarded but training can be provided.
