Transitional Registered Nurse, NICU Full Time, Nights February 2026 Start Date

Heres What You Need

• Nursing Diploma required or
• Associates degree in Nursing required or
• Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred

• 3 months of experience as a Registered Nurse and acceptance into a THR transitional program required

• RN - Registered Nurse required upon hire and
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care required upon hire and maintained quarterly
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training required within 90 days of hire and maintained annually
• NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program required within 90 days of hire
• A high degree of confidentiality positive interpersonal skills and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Assesses the patient

Plans the care of the patient

Intervenes as appropriate

Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions

Incorporates age specific safety/infection control measures into patient care.

Initiates action to meet patient and/or significant others need for information

Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift inter-hospital and while expediting out of hospital transfers.

Transitional Registered Nurse/RN I NICU Full Time Nights

Work hours: Full Time 36 hours weekly Night shift
