Job Summary
Job Title: CVICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview
This role is for an experienced CVICU RN caring for high-acuity cardiovascular patients. You will manage critically ill patients including those on ventilators cardiac drips and advanced monitoring while working closely with physicians and a strong multidisciplinary ICU team.
This is a fast-paced high-impact role focused on delivering safe evidence-based critical care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care to critically ill CVICU patients
Monitor and manage ventilators cardiac drips and hemodynamic status
Advocate for patients and families while maintaining privacy and safety
Educate patients and families on medications and treatment plans
Deliver focused high-quality care with a continuous improvement mindset
Required Qualifications
1 year of recent Acute Care ICU RN experience (within last 23 years)
OR 2 years of PCU RN experience will be considered
Active Florida RN license or compact multistate license
Compact license holders must obtain FL license within 60 days if relocating
Associate Degree required BSN preferred
BLS within 30 days of hire
ACLS within 90 days of hire
Compensation
Hourly Pay Range:
$32.00/hr early experience
$40.00/hr 10 years experience
Up to $48.00/hr 17 years experience
Shift Differential:
Night Shift: $4.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus
$15000 Night Shift
Relocation
Available case by case
