Job Summary

The State College Area School Districtis currently accepting applications for ourJunior High Boys Basketball Head Coach position.

The Coach is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to student-athletes and assistant coaches as well asproviding an overall vision for the program. We are seeking positive passionate enthusiastic individuals who will not only instruct student-athletes in fundamental skills strategy and physical training but also guide and mentor them to be driven and responsible student-athletes and citizens. The Head Coach reports to and works closely with the Athletic Directors to determine goals and direction of the program.

Both the PA Dept. of Education and the PIAA require specific safety and coaching training. See the Athletics websitefor details.
