Responsibilities
- Provide primary care for patients ages 2 and older
- Conduct wellness exams preventive screenings and immunizations
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes hypertension and asthma
- Diagnose and treat acute and urgent health concerns
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR in a timely manner
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Comfortable seeing patients ages 2
- Recent family medicine experience (within the past 2 years acceptable)
- Independent clinical practice experience in family medicine preferred
- Active unrestricted state medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
Preferred
- Outpatient family practice experience
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
