This is the first new magnetic material in 40 years. Niron Magnetics is commercializing the worlds first advanced manufacturing process for the mass production of permanent magnets powered by its breakthrough material formulation. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of cross-functional projects ensuring delivery on time within budget and in alignment with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate internal teams external partners and contractors to ensure clear communication alignment and timely execution of project milestones.
- Lead regular project meetings maintain project documentation and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans resource allocation timelines and budgets.
- Identify project risks delays or resource gaps early and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and analyze project performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet project objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations company policies and best practices in safety quality and project management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 35 years of experience managing projects in a technical manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of project management principles tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in project scheduling and reporting software (e.g. MS Project Excel or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets timelines and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience in a manufacturing industrial or EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) environment.
- Familiarity with EH&S standards and working in environments with regulated materials.
- Willingness to travel or work at off-site project locations as needed.

- Salary: $100000 - $150000 annually depending on education experience and skills
