We are seeking aProduct Managerto join theBetfair International Sports & Exchangeteam part of Flutter UKI. Youll be joining a dynamic team spread across Leeds Dublin Malta Cluj and London driving product innovation and delivering customer this role youll manage a 1-2 year roadmap for up to 3 development squads collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and implement data-driven improvements that enhance user experience. Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a fast-paced evolving business are essential. Occasional travel and flexibility to support business needs are .

What youll do:

• Be part of the wider Product Management function which includes Project Managers Product Managers Product Designers Content Management and Operations teams.

• Identify product opportunities that enable Brand strategy and map with the key results

• Create and manage the 1-2 year roadmap for multiple development squads in Sports & Exchange ensuring smooth alignment either with brand strategy and stakeholders expectations

• Become the voice of the customer making sure all customer feedback channels are monitored and relevant feedback is captured and actioned in a timely manner

• Provide clear product direction and focus on measurable outcomes and success metrics

• Live and breathe experimentation mindset creating and testing hypothesis that seek to continuously optimize customer journeys across all territories

• Analyse customer and commercial data to inform decision making. Partner with product analytics to define your area KPIs

• Define product features write high-level requirements and present lean initiative canvases to the wider product group.

• Conduct market and competitor research to own the basis of your product market fit.

• Collaborate cross functionally negotiate scope and support the PO to ensure seamless product development.

• Review measure and assess initiative success through performance monitoring.

• Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of stakeholders internal and external across all brands within Flutter

• Contribute to Flutter Edge our customer facing platform as well as understand how we can leverage the contribution from other divisions

• Be autonomous make decisions and escalate where

• Flag inefficiencies with current processes and ways of working

• Work closely with regulatory compliance to ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards

What youll bring:

• Previous Product Management experience

• Passion for Sports and knowledge of the sports betting industry

• Experience within scaled agile development environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to prioritise a demanding and complex workload

• Ability to use analytics and information to problem solve

• Microsoft packages Confluence and JIRA (or similar)

• Ability to often switch context
