Product Manager / Sports & Exchange
We are seeking aProduct Managerto join theBetfair International Sports & Exchangeteam part of Flutter UKI. Youll be joining a dynamic team spread across Leeds Dublin Malta Cluj and London driving product innovation and delivering customer this role youll manage a 1-2 year roadmap for up to 3 development squads collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and implement data-driven improvements that enhance user experience. Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a fast-paced evolving business are essential. Occasional travel and flexibility to support business needs are .
What youll do:
Be part of the wider Product Management function which includes Project Managers Product Managers Product Designers Content Management and Operations teams.
Identify product opportunities that enable Brand strategy and map with the key results
Create and manage the 1-2 year roadmap for multiple development squads in Sports & Exchange ensuring smooth alignment either with brand strategy and stakeholders expectations
Become the voice of the customer making sure all customer feedback channels are monitored and relevant feedback is captured and actioned in a timely manner
Provide clear product direction and focus on measurable outcomes and success metrics
Live and breathe experimentation mindset creating and testing hypothesis that seek to continuously optimize customer journeys across all territories
Analyse customer and commercial data to inform decision making. Partner with product analytics to define your area KPIs
Define product features write high-level requirements and present lean initiative canvases to the wider product group.
Conduct market and competitor research to own the basis of your product market fit.
Collaborate cross functionally negotiate scope and support the PO to ensure seamless product development.
Review measure and assess initiative success through performance monitoring.
Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of stakeholders internal and external across all brands within Flutter
Contribute to Flutter Edge our customer facing platform as well as understand how we can leverage the contribution from other divisions
Be autonomous make decisions and escalate where
Flag inefficiencies with current processes and ways of working
Work closely with regulatory compliance to ensure products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards
What youll bring:
Previous Product Management experience
Passion for Sports and knowledge of the sports betting industry
Experience within scaled agile development environment
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritise a demanding and complex workload
Ability to use analytics and information to problem solve
Microsoft packages Confluence and JIRA (or similar)
Ability to often switch context
Behaviours:

Comfortable pushing back to line manager and wider stakeholders where needed to manage priorities

Experience of report writing and presentation skills with excellent knowledge of presentation tools
Fluency in English is essential knowledge of a further foreign language (Portuguese Spanish Italian) is an advantage
