We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Scanner to join our team at Dave Sinclair Lincoln in Saint Louis MO. As an Office Scanner you will be responsible for efficiently scanning and organizing important documents to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and upload documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Organize scanned documents appropriately for easy retrieval.
- Assist with maintaining document storage and ensuring confidentiality.
- Follow established procedures for scanning and document management.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Prior experience with document scanning is a plus.
