The Manager SCM CNE Power Project - oversees supply chain management activities to deliver projects safely on time and within budget. This role acts as the key liaison between project teams suppliers and internal stakeholders to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement plans aligned with project timelines and budgets

Source evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms and quality

Manage contracts purchase orders and supplier relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delivery quality or compliance

Ensure adherence to legal regulatory and Chevron compliance standards

What Success Looks Like

Projects delivered safely on-time and within budget

High supplier performance

Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Engineering or related field

15 years of experience in procurement preferably in a project-based environment

Demonstrated experience in EPC projects contract formulation sourcing strategies and supplier management

Excellent negotiation communication and analytical skills

Proficiency in ERP and eProcurement tools
