This is your chance to take charge of a brand-new gourmet kitchen in Bristol!
Were working with a stylish independent restaurant brand thats redefining gourmet comfort food with bold flavours premium ingredients and a buzzing dining atmosphere. Following the success of their first site theyre now launching in the heart of Bristol and are looking for a passionate hands-on Head Chef to run the kitchen at this exciting new venue.
As Head Chef youll be the driving force in the kitchen. Youll lead a talented team deliver consistently high-quality dishes and set the standard for everything that leaves the pass. Youll shape the kitchen culture inspire your team and keep every service smooth efficient and fun.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading motivating and developing the kitchen team
- Overseeing prep service ordering and stock management
- Maintaining top standards of quality flavour and presentation
- Working closely with the management team to keep service seamless
- Inspiring creativity teamwork and continuous improvement
About You:
- Experienced Head Chef or ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready for the step up
- Passionate about modern casual dining and gourmet comfort food
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen
- Organised disciplined and confident under pressure
- A positive influence who motivates others and leads by example
