Job Summary

Internal Job Posting Interim EHS Coordinator
Duration: Interim assignment (approx. 36 months)

Flexfab is seeking a motivated internal candidate to serve as Interim Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator. This interim role will provide continuity during the current transition and ensure Flexfab maintains compliance safety and environmental standards while long-term solutions are evaluated.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and track EHS compliance calendar (OSHA EPA state/local).

Coordinate safety inspections audits and preparation for external reviews.

Manage safety training records and support toolbox talks in partnership with functional leadership.

Maintain documentation system s (SDS polices logs).

Serve as point of contact for EHS-related questions during transition.

Collaborate with EHS coalition members (Quality Manufacturing HR L&D).

Participate in daily check-ins and provide progress updates

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to follow compliance processes reliably.

Good communication skills comfortable collaborating across functions.

Demonstrated initiative and motivation to learn.

Prior exposure to audits compliance quality or safety processes preferred.
High potential employee with interest in leadership development
