At the end of 2024 Bayswater acquired Leeds English Language School the first established language school in the city and we are now in an exciting transition period. We are relocating to a brand-new city centre site building on decades of heritage while shaping a bold new chapter for Leeds. This role offers the chance to lead through change bringing vision and stability as we create the next generation of student experiences in Yorkshire.
We are looking for an inspiring Centre Director with strong leadership and project management skills to oversee the commercial operational academic and welfare success of Bayswater Leeds. Whether your background is administrative or academic what matters is your ability to motivate a team deliver results and navigate change with confidence.

The Centre Director is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) for the centre. You will be responsible for ensuring safeguarding is not only compliant but is embedded into the culture of the school.
