We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experiencedHospital Directorto join the team at our New Hall Hospital.

New Hall Hospital part of Ramsay Health Care UK is one of Wiltshires leading private hospitals renowned for delivering high-quality healthcare services in a serene and historic setting. Located just two miles south of Salisbury the hospital is housed in a Georgian manor surrounded by 14 acres of landscaped parkland offering a peaceful environment for recovery. The facility boasts 43 patient beds 5 theatres including a high-dependency unit and has recently undergone a 4 million refurbishment featuring a state-of-the-art spinal theatre complex and a dedicated day case unit.

And you:

You will be a highly motivated inspirational leader with high levels of self-awareness vision commercial acumen and addition to being the CQC Registered Manager for the site you will hold full P&L responsibility andprovide leadership and strategic direction. This includesleading and delivering local business development activities and establishing/maintainingstrong links with the medical and local community.

To be suitable for this role you will need to evidence your:

• Understanding of current health industry issues and relevant tertiary / post-graduate qualifications

• Proven leadership business development strategic planning experience and risk management skills

• Experience of inspiring and managing a group of employees in a commercial context with strong business acumen

• Experience of leading change in a commercial or health care environment

• Decision-making capabilities people management skills communication negotiation and interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Situated in 14 acres of quiet landscaped parkland two miles south of Salisbury the Georgian Manor House was opened as a hospital in 1980 and currently has 32 patient beds.

By investing in advanced medical technology the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services. The fully equipped ultra clean air theatre suite is particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures offered such as arthroscopy hip and knee replacements. The day unit is suitable for minor operations and endoscopy.
