ABOUT THE POSITION:

Join the St Vincents Private Hospital Northside (SVPHN) Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program in February 2026 with exciting opportunities to work within an acute hospital environment. We offer the following specialties: Urology Orthopaedics Neurology Oncology/Haematology Palliative Care General Medical & Surgical Gastrointestinal Colorectal & Bariatric Surgical Medical Cardiology Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgical.

Our Graduate Enrolled Nurse Program commences February 2026 with completion in February 2027 offering a 52-week fixed term 0.84 FTE position.

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse prior to program commencement

  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

  • Well-developed skills in delivering compassionate patient-centred care

  • Recent clinical placement experience in an acute hospital setting

  • Flexibility to work rostered shifts across a 7-day week including night shifts after the first 3 months of the program

REMUNERATION:

The position of Graduate Enrolled Nurse in addition to our competitive salary packaging options is a Level 1 Year 1 with a base remuneration of $39.98 hourly superannuation shift penalties allowances.
