IT Support Specialist - Group of companies Location: Larnaca/Ayia Napa
Our client is a forward-thinking venture capital firm with a portfolio spanning brokerage payments hospitality real estate and more. Technology sits at the core of their operations driving efficiency and enabling smarter business decisions across industries.
As an IT Support Specialist youll support the groups diverse business units with hands-on technical assistance and system maintenance. While your day-to-day work will involve supporting offices and corporate systems in the summer months your focus will shift toward on-site support for their hospitality operations in Ayia Napa.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-level technical support for hardware software network and POS systems across different companies in the group.
- Install configure and troubleshoot Windows/Mac OS systems printers networks and hospitality-specific applications (e.g. PMS POS inventory systems).
- Support and maintain Property Management Systems (PMS) Point of Sale (POS) systems and reservation platforms.
- Monitor system performance and perform proactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with hotel and restaurant managers to understand operational workflows and align IT tools for maximum efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding new staff on IT systems and provide training on business applications.
- Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets licenses and configurations.
- Ensure data security and support compliance with industry standards and data protection regulations.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers for escalated support or project implementation.
- Participate in IT projects including upgrades migrations or rollouts for new properties.
- Assist in developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree and / or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support (Hospitality industry would be considered a plus).
- Knowledge of network infrastructure firewalls Wi-Fi VoIP and CCTV systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
The following would be considered an advantage:
- Experience with software such as Opera PMS MICROS Toast Oracle Hospitality or similar.
- Understanding of hotel and restaurant operational systems (PMS POS back-office software) and familiarity with administrative aspects of hospitality business (e.g. reporting inventory reservations billing systems).
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A Network Microsoft Cisco)
- Understanding of budgeting and cost control in hospitality IT systems.

Salary Range: 2000 to 2300 euro gross/month (depending on experience).
Working Hours: Flexible hours from 08:00 - 09:00 to 17:00 - 18:00.
Location: During the hotels summer season you will primarily be based on-site at the hotel in Ayia the off-season (when hotels are closed) you will be based at their Offices in Larnaca.
