A fast-growing international financial services organisation is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Senior Data Analyst / BI Specialist to join its team. About the Role
You will play a key role in shaping the companys data framework delivering meaningful insights designing dashboards and supporting senior management with accurate decision-making tools. Your work will directly contribute to performance optimisation reporting accuracy and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and optimise BI dashboards and reporting models
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends risks and business opportunities
- Work closely with management to understand needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality consistency and reliability across all platforms
- Support data integration and automation initiatives
- Produce detailed reports and insights to support strategic planning
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in data analysis business intelligence or related fields
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar
- Strong SQL skills and experience with data modelling and ETL processes
- Solid understanding of data structures analytics methodologies and performance metrics
- Background in financial services or fintech is an advantage
- Ability to communicate complex insights in a clear concise and actionable manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Fluency in English
