Job Description

The Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments across Link Logistics national portfolio. This role ensures compliance with internal controls and supports the companys financial operations by managing invoice workflows vendor communications and payment processing. The AP Analyst works closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies support month-end close activities and maintain data integrity within the companys accounting systems. This position requires a strong understanding of accounts payable processes attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced growth-oriented environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor invoice workflows to ensure timely processing and approval.

  • Review AP aging reports and vendor statements to identify and resolve outstanding items.

  • Verify invoice coding and ensure accurate recording of expenses including capital expenditures.

  • Process onsite checks and electronic payment batches ensuring proper approvals and funding.

  • Research and resolve AP issues responding to vendor inquiries and internal questions.

  • Support disbursement controls in alignment with company cash flow objectives and policies.

  • Assist with month-end close activities including accruals and reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with the AP Manager and other departments on accounting transactions and process improvements.

  • Participate in special projects and system enhancements as assigned.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred Accounting Finance or related field a plus.

  • Minimum of 4 years of accounts payable experience preferably in a real estate or corporate environment.

  • Experience with automated AP workflows and electronic invoice routing/approval systems.

  • Familiarity with ACH and wire payment processing.

  • Knowledge of capital expenditure accounting is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required.

  • Experience with Yardi and/or AvidXchange is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation for vendor and internal interactions.

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial documentation.
