About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior GenAI Engineer tolead the development and deployment of next-generation Generative AI solutions. You will play astrategic role in digital transformationinitiatives building intelligent applications optimizing data pipelines andintegrating advanced LLMand Copilot solutions into enterprise workflows.
This is a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projectsleveraging Microsoft Azure AIServices OpenAI and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the designdevelopment and deployment of complex GenAI applications.
Optimize datapipelines and ensure seamless integration of LLMs into enterprisesystems.
Develop prototypesand enterprise-ready applications using OpenAI AI Search and Microsoft Copilot.
Implement Retrieval-AugmentedGeneration (RAG) architectures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure scalability observability and contentsafety through guardrailsand LangFuse evaluationtools.
Must-Have Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in Generative AI Machine Learning or LLMapplications.
Strong Pythonskills with relevant libraries (LangChain LangGraph FastAPI).
Experience with Azure AI ecosystemincluding Azure OpenAI ServiceAI Search AI Foundry Data Factory Databricks CosmosDB and Blob Storage.
Expertise in LLMs (GPT-4o o3) andfamiliarity with Gemini 2.5 Pro Claude3.7 Sonnet.
Knowledge of RAG architecturesembeddings (text-embedding-3-small/large) and orchestration frameworks.
Proficiency in Docker CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)and secrets management(Azure Key Vault HashiCorp Vault).
Strong problem-solving leadership andcommunication skills.
Desirable Skills (forCopilot Development)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Framework:
RAGsetup and external data grounding.
Structuredprompt design and API/plugin integration
Guardrailssafety filters and validation logic.
Integration with Microsoft 365 (Graph API TeamsSharePoint Outlook OneDrive).
Familiarity with Power Platform: PowerAutomate Dataverse Power Fx and Power Apps.
Conversational AI design: topics triggersconditional flows and session variables.
Secure APIintegrations (REST APIs OAuth 2.0 token-basedauthentication).
