Sexual Wellbeing Aotearoaare looking for twoopen minded empathetic and professional Medical Receptionists to join our Wellington Clinic. Each role is 16.5 hours per week to be worked as per the below roster. Please indicate in your cover letter which vacancy you are applying for:
Vacancy 1:
Monday 10.30am - 2.30pm
Tuesday 12.00pm - 5.00pm
Wednesday 11.00am - 3.00pm
Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm - to be worked at our Porirua Clinic
Vacancy 2:
Wednesday 3.00pm - 7.00pm
Thursday 12.00pm - 5.00pm
Friday 1.00pm - 5.00pm
Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm
Please note that there may be instances that we will require you to work in our other clinics in the Wellington Region.
Our Medical Receptionists begin and conclude the client experience. They make our clients feel welcome safe and respected from the moment they enter our clinics to the moment they leave. Our Medical Receptionists are warm empathetic and understand the significance of client confidentiality.
