Inventory Controller
Temporary- Fulltime
FFUN Group
Work Schedule : Monday-Friday
Have you been told youre an upbeat person and (kind of) a superstar when it comes to attention to detail multitasking data entry tracking and inventory reporting If youre flexible well-organized and got some charisma we want to talk to you about joining the FFUN Group as the Inventory Controller for our Purchasing team.
We are on the look-out for someone with an administrative background who understand data entry tracking and reporting functions along with having the personality traits of confidence and an eagerness to learn.
What youll be doing:
- Maintain current inventory levels and process purchasing orders.
- Record purchases maintain databases and reconcile inventory with actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
- Process and/or approve invoices for payment.
- Process and document returns as required following established procedures.
- Perform routine clerical duties including data entry answering telephones and assisting customers.
A Great Attitude will get you 90% there for the rest were looking for
Highly organized and accurate with excellent multi-tasking skills.
A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems.
A solid understanding of Google sheets Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel.
Accounts payable experience is considered an asset.
