At Coinford we are specialists in groundworks and concrete frames delivering excellence across the construction industry. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead site operations drive performance and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesValid CSCS in Supervision
Lead and oversee the daily operations ofEngineers Foremen labour and plant ensuring effective management across all activities.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and plant to maintain smooth progress on site.
Implement and monitor Health & Safety and Quality Assurance procedures including carrying out safety inspections and ensuring full compliance with HSE regulations.
Ensure all works are carried out in line with specifications drawings and technical requirements.
Produce and maintain accurate progress financial and project reports including checkpoints and forecasting updates.
Prepare sites for delivery liaising with buyers estimators surveyors and other construction professionals before work commences.
Develop detailed programmes of work and strategies anticipating potential challenges and implementing solutions (e.g. planning deliveries storage and sequencing).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients fostering collaboration and trust.
Work closely with the Contracts Manager and QS to ensure forecasts align with labour and plant requirements.
Manage all aspects of temporary works on site ensuring safe and compliant implementation.
Reliable punctual and professional with strong leadership qualities.
Able to work collaboratively with other trades and operatives to ensure timely programme delivery.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Completion of the companys IT induction and training programme within the first 13 months of employment is required.
