What youll be doing:
Lead and oversee logistics operations across Impact Centres donation centres warehousing and transportation functions.
Develop and execute strategies for efficient donation flow inventory distribution and cost control.
Collaborate with Operations Directors to align inventory and donation capacity with retail needs.
Implement best practices and systems that improve efficiency reduce costs and enhance sustainability.
Ensure consistent and timely transportation routing and store replenishment.
Oversee maintenance of logistics vehicles equipment and warehouse safety standards.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance Operations and Sustainability to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to improve operations.
Provide leadership coaching and succession planning within the Logistics team.
Champion Goodwills brand integrity sustainability commitments and mission impact throughout all logistics operations.
What you bring to the table:
Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
7 years of progressive experience in logistics/supply chain with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in multi-unit operations warehouse management and transportation logistics.
Strong understanding of inventory optimization donation flow and retail distribution networks.
Proficiency with logistics systems and software (e.g. WMS TMS).
Strong leadership and coaching skills with experience in developing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage budgets control costs and make data-driven decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels of leadership.
Valid Class 5 Drivers License clean driving record reliable transportation and eligibility to work in Canada.
