An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Warwickshire. This is a full-time position starting in January suitable for Early Career Teachers looking for a supportive and ambitious environment to complete their induction.
This is the perfect role for an Early Career Teacher seeking a strong start to their teaching journey. Geography is a popular subject across the school with GCSE results in 2023 showing 75% of pupils achieving grade 5 and above and A-Level Geography securing 82% A*C. The department has well-established schemes of work extensive digital resources and a collaborative team ensuring new teachers have the support they need to succeed.
Requirements
Geography Teacher with QTS (or pending QTS for ECTs)
Ability to teach Geography across KS3KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential for ECTs)
Enthusiastic well-organised and committed to excellent teaching and learning
Keen to contribute to departmental trips fieldwork and wider enrichment opportunities
Legal right to work in the UK
