We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales excellent communication skills and a drive to exceed sales targets. 100% commission based earning $3500 per client you bring in. If you bring in large companies thats 10000 per big client your bring in you can earn uncapped commission with your own flexible schedule.

Duties:

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
  - Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
  - Present promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
  - Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  - Analyze the territory/markets potential track sales and status reports
  - Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
  - Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce HubSpot) is a plus
  - Ability to bring connections who needs marketing and graphics for their business.
  - Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills
  - Prioritizing time management and organizational skills
  - Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  - Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements and offer solutions

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking referrals and cold calling.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
