The opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Engineer/Tech Lead to join the CloudCockpit team at Create IT. We believe the best products are built when engineers are deeply connected to the why behind their work and the impact it has on our this crucial role you will be responsible for the technical direction design and delivery of key features and components within our globally scaling CloudCockpit platform. Youll not only guide technical execution but also be a key partner in shaping the product. Tasks

• Lead mentor and empower our unified CloudCockpit engineering team fostering a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous learning through impactful code reviews and constructive feedback.
• Spearhead the end-to-end technical design and architecture of our -based CloudCockpit platform ensuring solutions are scalable maintainable secure and optimized for global service delivery.
• Actively contribute to hands-on development for CloudCockpit particularly on complex or critical path features leveraging your expertise C# Blazor SQL Server and Azure services.
• Champion and rigorously enforce best-in-class coding standards comprehensive testing strategies (unit integration E2E) and efficient DevOps practices across all aspects of the CloudCockpit product.
• Collaborate directly and continuously with the Head of Product for CloudCockpit to understand user needs define solutions and translate product vision into impactful technical execution always keeping the end-user and business outcomes in mind.
• Champion a user-centric approach within the engineering team encouraging a deep understanding of customer problems and how our technical solutions address them.
• Proactively contribute to product ideation and refinement by offering technical perspectives on feasibility potential and user impact.
• Oversee and take ultimate technical ownership for the CloudCockpit teams deliverables ensuring consistently high standards of quality performance and reliability for our global user base.
• Proactively identify troubleshoot and definitively resolve complex technical challenges impacting CloudCockpits stability performance or user experience.
• Strategically leverage the full suite of Microsoft Azure services (e.g. Azure App Service Azure SQL Database Azure Functions Azure DevOps) to build deploy and manage our globally scaling CloudCockpit solution.
• Drive the technical execution of the CloudCockpit product roadmap ensuring timely delivery of features while maintaining a high bar for engineering quality.

Requirements

• Experience:

• 5 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on the Microsoft stack (.NET C#).

• 2 years of experience in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead Senior Engineer with lead responsibilities or similar) guiding and mentoring engineering teams.

• Proven experience designing and delivering complex scalable and reliable software solutions ideally in a SaaS environment.

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise and C#.

• Experience with SQL Server (design optimization querying).

• Knowledge of frontend development.

• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services (e.g. App Services Azure SQL Functions Azure DevOps).

• Experience with Power BI development or integration is a plus.

• Familiarity with Domain driven design and modern software design patterns.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving analytical and technical troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.

• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers.

• A strong product mindset with a passion for understanding user needs and building solutions that deliver tangible value.
