Who we are:

Menhir Technologies is a global AI Factory with two market offerings:

AI Boutique: Solid 5Y growth creating and deploying AI models at some of Europes largest banks and at global companies in Europe and LATAM
Doppel Ventures: We are chanelling our AI Agent offering through a product that changes the way SMB and Enterprise deploy AI Agents

Tasks

What youll do:

Work directly with the Menhir Technologies founding team building AI Agent based products. This includes:

Customer interviews: We need to put the customer at the center as they will give us direct feedback on what works and what doesnt work for them
Build and test AI Agents: Develop test and deliver AI Agents to customers
Help us create the first marketable version of each vertical: We are currently in the PoC stage and need to iterate quickly

Requirements

Who you are:

Tech Profile

Strong generalist - great at web based products
Python React Cloud
You will build entire sections of the product including the web app
You will build the AI Agents and assist with the optimisation of the voice AI infrastructure

Must Have:

Founder Mindset: Hard work independence ownership
Passion for AI-driven technologies and AI Agent literacy
Good taste for design
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
