Tasks

To solve queries regarding the products through tele talk and convert them into buyers.
Inform customers about product & services.
Handle inbound & outbound calls
To get in touch with the customer for the feedback .
Support the team in creating reports and analysing data.
CRM involves quickly and effectively identifying the root cause of a customers problem and providing creative solutions.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in any field.
Very good spoken/written ENGLISH confident with customer facing roles.
Basic knowledge of computers (excel/ google sheets).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
