Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join our application development team.
  • This role is responsible for the architecture design implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Enterprise solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in D365 CRM strong integration experience (internal & external) and proven leadership in managing development teams and client deliverables.
  • Require high-value client engagements perform technical design and development provide mentorship and guidance to developers and collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Solution Architecture & Development
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligning with business goals performance and best practices.
  • Translate functional and business requirements into scalable maintainable technical designs.
  • Develop and document solution architecture blueprints integration patterns and technical specifications.
  • Develop test and deploy high-quality CRM solutions.
  • Provide architectural oversight enforce development standards and guide technical decision-making.
  • Conduct code and design reviews troubleshoot complex issues and maintain architectural governance.
  • Development & Integrations
  • Customize CRM using C#/.NET JavaScript HTML Plugins Workflows Custom Actions and PCF controls.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems using Web APIs Azure services (Functions Logic Apps) Virtual Tables and other integration technologies.
  • Support DevOps practices including source control (Azure DevOps/Git) CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery by developing testing deploying and supporting complex CRM solutions.
  • Team Leadership & Project Delivery
  • Mentor and guide CRM developers and consultants.
  • Provide architectural oversight and enforce best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews ensure quality performance and maintainability.
  • Create technical design documents and development estimates.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and technical standards.
  • Coordinate development efforts and support team execution.
  • Communicate technical status risks and progress to stakeholders.
  • When assigned as Project Lead manage resources schedules deliverables risks and client communications to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster collaboration between technical and functional teams and drive continuous team improvement.
Client Engagement & Support
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Provide ongoing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design through delivery and support.
  • Support UAT documentation end-user training and post-deployment activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) development and architecture.
  • Proven experience leading technical design and delivery on enterprise-scale CRM projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and drive architectural decisions.
Technical Expertise
  • Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) architecture customization and extensibility frameworks.
  • Strong development skills (C#) JavaScript HTML/CSS Plugins Workflows PCF and CRM APIs.
  • Experience integrating CRM with external systems using Azure Functions Logic Apps APIs and other integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with Dataverse Workflows Business Rules Virtual Tables reporting technologies (SSRS//SSIS/FetchXML/Power BI).
  • Proficiency in DevOps practices including source control CI/CD automation and environment deployments.
Leadership & Soft Skills
  • Proven leadership mentoring and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Client-focused adaptable proactive and quality-driven.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft certifications such as Dynamics 365 Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) or related credentials.
  • Experience with advanced CRM modules (Sales Customer Service Marketing) and large data migration or transformation projects.
  • Experience in pre-sales support effort estimation technical proposals and solution demonstrations.
Education & Professional Background
  • Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Engineering Information Systems or a related field.
  • 10 or 12 years of IT experience with significant dynamics CRM and enterprise solution experience.
  • Experience in systems integration complex implementations and large-scale deployments.
