Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architect to join our application development team.
- This role is responsible for the architecture design implementation and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / Enterprise solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in D365 CRM strong integration experience (internal & external) and proven leadership in managing development teams and client deliverables.
- Require high-value client engagements perform technical design and development provide mentorship and guidance to developers and collaborate closely with functional consultants and stakeholders to deliver scalable high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Development
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE solutions aligning with business goals performance and best practices.
- Translate functional and business requirements into scalable maintainable technical designs.
- Develop and document solution architecture blueprints integration patterns and technical specifications.
- Develop test and deploy high-quality CRM solutions.
- Provide architectural oversight enforce development standards and guide technical decision-making.
- Conduct code and design reviews troubleshoot complex issues and maintain architectural governance.
- Development & Integrations
- Customize CRM using C#/.NET JavaScript HTML Plugins Workflows Custom Actions and PCF controls.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with internal and external systems using Web APIs Azure services (Functions Logic Apps) Virtual Tables and other integration technologies.
- Support DevOps practices including source control (Azure DevOps/Git) CI/CD pipelines and environment management.
- Ensure high-quality delivery by developing testing deploying and supporting complex CRM solutions.

When assigned as Project Lead manage resources schedules deliverables risks and client communications to ensure successful outcomes.

Foster collaboration between technical and functional teams and drive continuous team improvement.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions with business needs.

Provide ongoing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design through delivery and support.

Support UAT documentation end-user training and post-deployment activities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with client contacts to ensure satisfaction and long-term success
Required Skills & Experience

10 years of IT experience with at least 8 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) development and architecture.

Proven experience leading technical design and delivery on enterprise-scale CRM projects.

Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and drive architectural decisions.
Technical Expertise

Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) architecture customization and extensibility frameworks.

Strong development skills (C#) JavaScript HTML/CSS Plugins Workflows PCF and CRM APIs.

Experience integrating CRM with external systems using Azure Functions Logic Apps APIs and other integration platforms.

Familiarity with Dataverse Workflows Business Rules Virtual Tables reporting technologies (SSRS//SSIS/FetchXML/Power BI).

Proficiency in DevOps practices including source control CI/CD automation and environment deployments.
