Tasks

• Reach out to potential clients and candidates over the phone to share information about our services.
• Maintain a detailed record of calls including outcomes and follow-up tasks using our CRM system.
• Work with the HR team to understand current job openings and match suitable candidates through phone screenings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving any issues related to our services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing client and candidate engagement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is cool.
• Great communication skills like you gotta be a people person.
• Basic computer skills cause youll be using them daily.
• Previous experience in telecalling is a plus but not a dealbreaker.
