Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Promote and sell products/services explaining features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Update and maintain CRM/database records.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance sales efforts.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or graduation (any field).
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office proficiency.
- Fluency in insert languages e.g. English Hindi or regional language.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
