Hiring process:
1. Get-to-know: 30 min chat with Recruiter. Language: English.
2. Main stage: 45 min chat with Head of Sales. Language: German.
3. Get-to-know: 30 min chat with Co-founder. Language: German.
Tasks
- Youll play a crucial role in Lumiforms success by being responsible for generating leads qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Identify inbound leads and understand their needs and pain points.
- Reach out to users via phone email and social media to educate them on Lumiforms software and schedule meetings for the Account Executives team.
- Manage and organize leads in our CRM system update information and ensure accurate reporting.
- Continuously educate yourself on Lumiforms application industry trends and best practices for sales development.
Requirements
MUST HAVES:
- You are native in German AND fluent in English - both written and verbal.
- You want to work and grow in sales! Dont hesitate to apply if you dont have experience in software sales.
- You are already located in Berlin and ready to visit the office 3 times a week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with potential customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are resilient and objection handling is one of your strengths.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a strong sense of collaboration and accountability.
- Passion for technology startups and sales.
GOOD TO HAVES:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business marketing or a related field.
- Experience in sales development or an inside sales role preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
