Job Summary

Tasks

Advising on M&A deals particularly private equity and exit transactions
Supporting venture capital investments: equity financings convertibles and secondaries
Corporate transformations and reorganisations
Capital markets work stock corporation law and IPO readiness
Structuring employee participation schemes

Requirements

Strong academic background and both state exams completed with above average results
Several years of post-qualification experience in corporate law preferably with exposure to PE/VC transactions
Fluent German and confident English (spoken and written)
Commercial mindset and a genuine interest in the start-up and investment ecosystem
Team spirit self-initiative and the ability to take ownership of workstreams
Eagerness to learn develop and contribute to a growing practice
