Job Summary
JOIN OUR TEAM
As a Senior Brand Service Associate you will play an important coordinating and organisational role by supporting our Brand Buying team in their day-to-day operations. We are looking for a highly self-motivated well-organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys taking ownership and working independently. This position is permanent and based in Munich.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Work closely with both the Brand Buying and Production teams on daily operational topics
- Prepare new product go-lives on our website by supporting the Brand Buying team in the selection process and gathering all necessary information and images from our brand partners
- Collect required data from brands to support our sustainability and compliance initiatives
- Collaborate closely with specific partners on our non-permanent assortment by establishing contracts and ensuring a stable partnership
YOU COME WITH
- A degree in business economics or a comparable field of study
- A self-motivated and proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership the ability to work independently and the capacity to multitask with a detail-oriented and structured way of working
- The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and brand partners paired with very strong written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
