Your Mission

Building the team will be one of our core missions in 2026 and in this role youll be at the forefront of it. Youll support our Head of People & Talent Emily and our Co-Founders Ferdinand Joshua Simon and Peter in hiring onboarding and retaining the best people for Ivy. Attitude matters more than experience. Were looking for someone who is willing to get their hands dirty operates with low ego and cares deeply about delivering great work. You should be organised reliable and ready to wear many hats at once. If this sounds like an exciting mission this one is for you.

Your Background

Languages: Fluent in English and German.
Location: Youre in Berlin or ready to relocate - this role is fully on-site.
Availability: Youre available for 4 to 6 months.
