Job Summary
Job Title: HR Recruiter Intern
Location: Permanent Work From Home (WFH)
Stipend: 7000 per month Incentives (3 months Internship)
Duration: 3 Months Internship (with opportunity to convert into full-time role)
Timings: 10:00 AM 7:30 PM Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media and other platforms.
Screen resumes shortlist candidates and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate with candidates for interviews and follow up with clients.
Maintain candidate database and trackers.
Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding).
Support in daily HR/recruitment operations.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (written & verbal).
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with MS Office/Google Sheets.
Interest in HR & recruitment as a career.
Fresher/Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA HR preferred but not mandatory).
