Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer (Fully Remote - South Africa)

We are seeking a highly experiencedSenior Full Stack Developerwith over 6-7 years of expertise inC# .NET AWS and experience inPWAdevelopment to join our fully remote team. Youll play a key role in building and maintaining enterprise-level web and mobile applications combining strong backend and frontend development skills while leading a team in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Full Stack Development: Design build and maintain scalable high-performanceweb and mobileapplications usingC# .NET AWS andforPWAs.
Backend: Implement test driven backend services and microservices leveragingAWStechnologies such asEKS Lambda EC2 andFargate with a focus on enterprise application architecture.
Frontend: Develop responsive user-centric web and mobile applications ensuring seamlessUX/UIacross devices using.
Enterprise App Development: Work on large-scale enterprise applications including e-commerce solutions ensuring quality and scalability.
CICD & DevOps: Implement and maintainCICD pipelines and leadDevOpspractices to streamline software development and deployment.
Solutions Architecture: Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to enterprise-level solutions.
Team Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team providing mentorship technical direction and facilitating collaboration.
Agile Methodologies: Engage in Agile processes such asbacklog grooming task creation sizing and coordination to ensure that tasks align with larger epics.
Team Coordination & Communication: Foster clear and concise communication within the team provide technical direction raise risks and problem-solve at a technical strategic level with stakeholders.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in: C# .NET AWS (EKS Lambda EC2 Margate) UX/UI design microservices and enterprise app development (web & mobile).
Experience with: CICD pipelines DevOps practices e-commerce platforms responsive app design and solutions architecture.
Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership skills strategic problem-solving abilities and excellent communication for team coordination.
Agile Methodologies: Experience in backlog grooming task management and aligning development tasks with project goals.
