About the Role
Were looking for a powerhouse Group Head of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing strategy and execution. Reporting directly to the CEO this role is for someone who lives and breathes brand thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to leave a bold mark on how were seen and how we grow.
This is a hands-on leadership role that balances vision with execution combining world-class strategy with the ability to roll up your sleeves and deliver. Youll be the custodian of a brand that delights millions of customers every day shaping how our products are experienced and how our story is told.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Ownership & Strategy
Be the custodian of our brand identity and customer-facing presence.
Build and own the marketing strategy aligned to company goals and vision.
Champion and evolve our brands CI staying ahead of trends and best practice.
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead mentor and grow a small high-performing marketing team.
Work cross-functionally with Commercial Product Finance and the Executive team.
Select and manage external agencies freelancers and partners where needed
Growth & Demand Generation
Design and run integrated campaigns to drive awareness engagement and conversion.
Oversee performance marketing SEO/SEM and CRM strategies to fuel scalable growth.
Own the marketing funnel end-to-end using data and insights to continually optimize.
Content & Communications
Oversee creation of compelling differentiated content that amplifies our brand.
Ensure digital assets (website social media thought leadership) are world-class.
Lead PR external communications and industry positioning.
Product & Customer Marketing
Partner with Product and Commercial to define go-to-market strategies.
Build product positioning messaging and decks that clearly communicate value.
Data & Analytics
Define KPIs and own reporting on marketing performance and ROI.
Regularly share insights and recommendations with the executive team.
Test learn and refine driving a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Budgeting & Operations
Own and manage the marketing budget with clear ROI accountability.
Streamline marketing operations to maximize impact and efficiency
Qualifications :
The Ideal Candidate
Proven success as a Head of Marketing (or equivalent senior role) with experience across brand growth and performance marketing.
Tech-native ideally with experience in SaaS Apps or B2B/B2C lead gen.
Loyalty rewards fintech or payments industry knowledge is a big advantage.
A hands-on leader who thrives on balancing big-picture strategy with detailed execution.
Obsessed with brand consistent world-class and customer-centric.
Strategic and commercial thinker who is comfortable working at pace in an agile environment.
Collaborative energetic and ready to own and grow the brand like its your own.
