Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients who have already made an initial online payment.
Present and explain higher-value service options to clients in a clear persuasive and professional manner.
Answer client questions and resolve concerns to ensure satisfaction and trust.
Meet and exceed daily weekly and monthly upsell/conversion targets.
Accurately record client interactions and update client information in the system.
