Housekeeping Supervisor
Location: Lekki-Ajah Lagos

Salary: 250000 - 300000 per month accommodation
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee all housekeeping operations at our luxury beach resort. The ideal candidate will ensure impeccable cleanliness supervise staff maintain high hygiene standards and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise train and motivate housekeeping staff; manage schedules and daily duties.

Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and address maintenance issues.

Manage inventory of linens cleaning supplies and equipment.

Respond to guest requests and complaints professionally ensuring service excellence.

Enforce safety hygiene and compliance protocols.

Collaborate with Front Office Maintenance and F&B teams to optimize operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Hotel Administration or related field preferred.

Minimum 5 years of hospitality housekeeping experience including 3 years in a supervisory role.

Experience in a beach resort or hotel environment preferred.

Strong leadership organizational and communication skills; attention to detail essential.
