With a low patient/nurse ratio youll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment including:

• Administer medications
• Assist with obtaining and processing orders
• Check vital signs
• Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement the resident plan of care
• Provide encouragement emotional support and communication for residents and their loved ones
• Provide positive leadership guidance and support to your team
• Assist with resident care needs
• Provide appropriate documentation
• Work well within a team environment
• Flexible scheduling options with varying work assignments

Our CNAs have great skills including a valid CNA license and this role requires an active North Carolina Adult Medication Aide Certification as well as a valid CPR certification.
