Job Description:
- Event support venue supplier and vendor sourcing and coordination
- Travel coordination booking flights car service reservations accommodations for H&A team business unit partners affinity partners
- Finance task processing of payment requests and coordinating finance requirements with vendors
- Office operations ordering of office supplies promo item (premium and regular) inventory and monitoring
- Procurement sourcing potential H&A tokens and promo prizes filing bidding and item requests via procurement system coordinating requirements and delivery instructions with vendor
