What we expect from you:
6 years of hands-on experience in backend development focusing on performance scalability security multi-tenancy and maintainability.
Strong proficiency in C# Core with expertise in developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Drive code quality ensuring adherence to best practices design patterns and SOLID principles.
Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform & Azure) implementing cloud-native and multi-tenant best practices for scalability security and resilience.
Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes Helm).
Strong focus on non-functional requirements (NFRs) especially in multi-tenant environments including tenant isolation security boundaries performance optimization under variable load scalability across tenants and comprehensive observability (monitoring/logging/alerting) for tenant-specific insights.
Experience implementing unit testing integration testing and automated testing frameworks.
Proficiency in CI/CD automation with experience in GitOps workflows and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform Helm or similar).
Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and DevOps best practices.
Identify dependencies risks and bottlenecks early working proactively with engineering leads to resolve them. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Key Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in C# .NET Core and RESTful API development.
Experience with asynchronous programming concurrency control and event-driven architecture (Pub/Sub Kafka etc.).
Deep understanding of object-oriented programming data structures and algorithms.
Experience with unit testing frameworks and a TDD approach to development.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for containerized applications.
Strong knowledge of performance tuning security best practices and observability (monitoring/logging/alerting).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines GitOps workflows and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform Helm or similar).
Exposure to multi-tenant architectures with strong understanding of NFRs including tenant isolation strategies secure resource partitioning performance profiling across tenants shared vs. isolated resource models and scalable resilient design patterns for onboarding and operating multiple tenants concurrently.
Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and exposure to NoSQL solutions.
