The Agency Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of agency operations. This role ensures efficient service delivery compliance and alignment with strategic growth objectives across all departments.

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Agency Operations Managerin Wayland MI. United Insurance is searching for driven individuals who are focused on building relationships with our customers by meeting their commercial insurance objectives. The Agency Operations Manager key responsibility:
- Lead daily operations across service departments including Commercial and Personal Lines.
- Recommend staffing training and technology improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with producers and leadership to align service operations with agency growth strategies.
- Develop implement and refine workflows and procedures to increase capacity and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with carrier and agency standards; manage internal audits and E&O prevention initiatives.
- Standardize processes across service teams to ensure consistency and reduce risk.
- Manage legal and regulatory requests including subpoenas and client record access.
- Oversee timely and accurate processing of renewals endorsements claims support and re-marketing.
- Recruit train develop and manage service staff to meet performance and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in insurance agency operations management.
- Strong leadership analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in agency technology platforms (e.g. MIS document management systems carrier portals Microsoft Office).
- Appropriate state insurance licenses required.
- In-depth knowledge of insurance agency operations including departmental planning and administration.
