About the Role
Were looking for a strategic hands-on Associate Director HR Business Partnerto support a highly dispersed field and sales organization across North this role youll partner with leaders in operations and sales leading 2 HR business partners to deliver consistent high-quality HR support across branches and regions. Youll balance workforce planning labor/union issues and employee relations with talent development sales force enablement and leadership effectiveness.
What Youll Do
Partner withOps and Sales leaderson org design workforce/salesforce planning succession and talent pipeline.
Drivetalent developmentfor frontline leaders and sales managers; support leadership programs and succession planning.
Guidesales force effectivenessthrough incentive design and onboarding/ramp-up programs.
Lead complexemployee relationsissues.
Partner on comp & rewards culture engagement and change initiatives (M&A systems realignments).
Use HR and sales analytics (turnover attrition quota ramp-up succession health engagement) to drive decisions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
8 years of HR experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree
Prior people leadership experience managing coaching and developing HR professionals
Strong background in talent development sales support workforce planning and Employee Relations.
Familiarity with sales incentives and union/non-union workforce issues.
