The Business Project Analyst responsibilities include researching collecting and analyzing data for the strategic decision-making process. They will be considered the mediator for line-of-business and technology (Development Team Business Intelligence external vendors tech teams). The candidate must possess strong communication and organizational skills. Have a good understanding of technology to effectively collect and create business requirements. The individual will be expected to track and manage projects research and analyze information anticipate and recognize problems and opportunities creatively develop possible solutions evaluate alternatives and use sound judgment to determine best course of action. The successful candidate must also be highly self-motivated entrepreneurial organized and passionate about growing a business in a team environment.- Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors Information Technology Business Intelligence and business units
- Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) for technical teams
- Develop request for proposal (RFP) documents for potential suppliers
- Manage and perform user acceptance testing with software upgrades and version releases
- Provide end-user support monitor systems respond to inquiries resolve and escalate reported incidents in an acceptable SLA
- Track project schedules including dependencies deadlines and other information that may impact delivery or quality
- Develop project plans which identify key items and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Ensure accomplishment of objectives by monitoring updating and evaluating project activities
What youll need:
- 2 years of related experience.
- Bachelors degree in related field required.
- Entry level to intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending including sales operations capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite of products or similar products.
- Entry level experience using SQL and C #.
- Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
