Commercial Account Executive - Real Estate

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-drivenCommercial Account Executive - Real Estate to join a this role you will oversee a portfolio of accounts build and maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow revenue within the real estate industry. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate clients.
  • Serve as the primary account manager for key clients developing comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client-focused services solutions and support.
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions based on company offerings in real estate products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Track and report key metrics sales progress and account health using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent the organization at industry events conferences and networking opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an account manager sales executive or similar role within the commercial insurance industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of commercial real estate principles markets and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Previous experience managing accounts in the real estate or property management industries preferred.
