Job Summary

IT Business Systems Manager (Onsite Role)

We are seeking a hands-on IT Systems Lead to drive execution and support across critical business systems. This role will focus heavily on Microsoft Azure and Power BI while also ensuring seamless integration with ERP and other SaaS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical execution for system enhancements integrations and configurations across Azure and Power BI.
Conduct feasibility testing and recommend solutions (build vs. buy vs. configure).
Translate business requirements into technical solutions across ERP CRM PLM and other platforms.
Ensure reliable data flows and troubleshoot system issues to support Finance Supply Chain Sales and other functions.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to scope test and deploy new solutions.
Maintain system security and controls (user access MFA compliance).
Develop documentation SOPs and training to drive scalable adoption.

Qualifications

812 years of IT or systems experience including 4 years in a leadership role.
Strong background in:
- Microsoft Azure (infrastructure integrations)
- Power BI (development visualization reporting)
- ERP and SaaS platforms (CRM PLM SCM Finance)
Proven ability in system testing deployment and change management.
Excellent technical troubleshooting documentation and training skills.
